A large apartment on two floors, having two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The Bathroom has WC, washbasin and shower. The bedrooms have good views over the surrounding countryside. The large lounge has integral kitchen and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed. The front door opens into lounge and the rear patio doors lead onto the terrace. Tournesol has a wood burning stove making it cosy in all seasons. A washing machine is located just outside in the garage.

LA GRANGE ARDOUX 5 Bedrooms, Central Heating. Sleeps 10

This exceptionally spacious gite is the main part of the traditional 19th century longee Farmhouse. It has been renovated to provide high quality accommodation and retains many of the original features including the beautiful oak beam king posts, oak staircase and Fireplace.

The main entrance opens into the hall, from the hall the oak staircase leads up to the first floor, with a toilet and washbasin underneath the stairs. To the right of the hall is the ground floor bedroom. This is a spacious room with double bed. The en-suite bathroom has large shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a dressing room with ample wardrobe space. This bedroom also has a lounge area with two easy chairs and a coffee table. There are patio doors to the terrace (From Sept to May this room can be booked separately with use of the shared Main Kitchen.)

To the left of the hall is the Lounge/dining room. A large room with patio doors to the terrace, a beautiful fireplace with log burning stove and exposed oak beams. The dining table is large enough to seat 10 people in comfort, while leaving plenty of room for the settee’s and easy chairs, there is a Sat TV and music center. Beyond the lounge is the Kitchen. It has a door to the car parking area. The Kitchen has all the space and equipment for modern day living, the equipment includes large double sink and drainer, four burner hob, large double fan oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large work surfaces, ample storage and all the pots, pans and utensil needed for your self catering holiday.

The Oak staircase leads to the first floor landing from which to the left is a Bedroom with double bed, En-suite bathroom with large shower, WC and washbasin. A Dressing room with wardrobe space, and a lounge area with two easy chairs. There are excellent views over the gardens and surrounding French countryside. (From Sept to May this room can be booked separately with use of the shared main kitchen.)

To the right the corridor leads first to a general bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, next there is N03 Bedroom. This bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There are good views over the pool and gardens. Finally the corridor leads to Bedrooms 4 & 5 These bedrooms have two single beds each and have wardrobes and chest of draws. (From Sept to May these bedrooms can be booked separately or in combinations with the use of the shared main kitchen.)

General Information.
All apartments have patio furniture, BBQ’s and Parosols.There is a separate laundry facility.
Duvets, blankets and pillows are supplied; you can bring your own linen or hire our linen at a very reasonable charge. A cot and high chair are available on request free of charge. A welcome pack comprising basic essentials such as milk, butter, eggs, bread, wine, cheese, tea and coffee, is available (cost £6-00) Please indicate your request on the booking form,
All gites are fully equipped for self-catering family holidays.
All the gites have the free use of all the facilities at the complex the only restrictions being on safety precautions and where equipment would be unsuitable for small children i.e. the snooker table where damage can be done to the cloth, smaller table is available.
