SAPIN
Sapin is a spacious gite on one level entrance is via a large private patio, which has garden table and chairs, parasol and BBQ. The patio has commanding views over the picturesque garden.
You enter into the large open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. The dining area has views of the countryside across the valley. The lounge area has comfortable sofa bed (if required) and armchairs. Off the lounge area are the 2 bedrooms and the large shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The first of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws and ensuite facilities which include, shower, washbasin and toilet.
The second bedroom is a large room with 2 single beds and a set of bed bunks, large wardrobe, bedside tables and chairs.
The Gite has tiled floors through out and exposed stonewalls.

FRENE.
Frene is a split level gite with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, It has 2 entrances, the first from the parking area, via a small patio with garden table and chairs and leads into the middle level, Here there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and chair. Opposite is a bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet; the washing machine is also located here.
Four steps down you have the lounge and kitchen diner area. A large spacious room with exposed beams. There is a comfortable sofa bed (if required) armchairs, large solid pine table and 8 chairs.
The kitchen is very well equipped, has a four-burner cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and worktops and has all the pots, pans and utensils needed for family self-catering. The kitchen has good views over the garden.
The second entrance from the kitchen leads onto the large private terrace with garden table and chairs, parasol and BBQ and has good views of the landscaped garden and across the Vendee countryside.
A staircase from the lounge area leads to the first floor where there are two large bedrooms, each with twin single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and chairs. Both have exposed beams and natural stone walls and have great views of the landscaped gardens and Vendee countryside.

CHENE.
Chene is a split-level gite with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has two entrances; the first from the parking area has a small patio outside with tables and chairs, which leads into the entrance hall on the middle level.
A short staircase takes you down to the lounge, kitchen/diner that has exposed beams and natural stonewalls, it also has an original bread oven, which to only 30 years or so ago was the bakery for the area.
The lounge has comfortable sofa bed (if required), armchairs and dresser.
The well-equipped kitchen has 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ample cupboard space and worktops, which incorporate a breakfast bar. You will find all the pots, pans and utensils needed for self-catering.
There is a Bedroom off the lounge that has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and chair.
A passageway off the lounge leads to a shower room, with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower, the washing machine can also be found here. At the end of the passageway is the second entrance, which opens onto a large sheltered terrace with garden table and chairs, parasols and BBQ.
A short staircase from the main entrance hall takes you up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and chair. This large room has exposed oak beams. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor .The first has a single bed and a set of bed bunks, a wardrobe, bedside table and chair. The second has two single beds, a wardrobe, and chest of drawers, bedside tables and chair. It has exposed oak beams and good views over the countryside. On the first floor you will also find the second bathroom, with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

General Information.
All apartments have patio furniture, BBQ’s and Parosols.There is a separate laundry facility.
Duvets, blankets and pillows are supplied; you can bring your own linen or hire our linen at a very reasonable charge. A cot and high chair are available on request free of charge. A welcome pack comprising basic essentials such as milk, butter, eggs, bread, wine, cheese, tea and coffee, is available (cost £6-00) Please indicate your request on the booking form.
All gites are fully equipped for self-catering family holidays.
All the gites have the free use of all the facilities at the complex the only restrictions being on safety precautions and where equipment would be unsuitable for small children i.e. the snooker table where damage can be done to the cloth, smaller table is available.
