Summary - The FRENE gite is one of 5 gites on the La Grange Gites Complex at St.Martin-des-Fountaines in the South Vendee. The two large Renovated farmhouses have been converted into 5 gites ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms and maintaining many of their original features ie. centuries old Oak Beams, Stone walls and bread oven. The large Barm has been converted into an Activities Center with Heated indoor Pool,Games and Sports Facilities and an Entertainment Lounge with TV, DVD, Video, XBOX, Library and much more. The Gardens consist of 2½acres of landscaped gardens, with shady nocks, quiet corners, Boules Court, Garden Chess and full of flowers and mature trees. A further 1 acre of garden has football pitch, swings and slides and Trampoline. The large outdoor pool has a terrace area around it with secure fencing. L'Hermenault 1½Kms has super market, bakers, Bank and postoffice.
Kitchen - large fridge/freezer. Four burner cooker with oven. Microwave. Plenty of work surfaces and cupboard space. Ample pots, Pans and utensils for self-catering.
Lounge/Diner - Solid Pine Table and Chairs. Settee and air Chairs.
Bedroom 1 - On split level with entrance to front patio and car park. Double Bed, Bedside table, Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - On first Floor, 2 single Beds, Bedside tables, Wardrobe, Chest of Draws, Good views over the gardens and countryside.
Bathroom 1 - On split level opposite Bedroom1, Large Walkin Shower, Washbasin, Toilet, Washing Machine.
Bathroom 2 - On First Floor, Toilet, Washbasin, Walkin Shower.
Patio - Small patio by the car park and split level entrance, Garden Table and Chairs, Large Private Patio with Garden table and Chairs, BBQ, Parosol and entrance to Kitchen/diner, Good views over the landscaped gardens.
General - Duvets, pillows and blankets are supplied, you may bring bring your own linen, or hire our linen at £7.00 per person per week. Cots and high chairs are available free.

The Facilities at the complex are free to use, there are restrictions on safety precautions and where equipment would be unsuitable i.e. small children on the full size snooker table due to the risk of cloth damage.
